Outstanding stay at ECHIC Mercure International Hotel! Located right in the business hub, it was incredibly convenient for the Canton Fair, yet peaceful enough for family travel. The area around the hotel has plenty of great shops and places to explore. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in fast and smooth. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the thoughtful service throughout our stay truly impressed us. We absolutely loved everything. Will definitely stay again on our next business trip to Guangzhou!

Really enjoyed my stay at Lavande Hotel! Super convenient location close to Guangzhou East Railway Station, metro, city center and Canton Fair Complex. Check-in was quick and easy, front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Great choice for business travelers, definitely coming back!

My children and I spent a total of 20 nights at the hotel in June. We really enjoyed it, especially the kids who played in the pool almost every night. All the staff were very nice and friendly. The facilities were a bit old but that was understandable. We stayed for 18 nights at the beginning, then went to another city for two days and returned to Guangzhou to stay at the China Hotel again. Because of an air conditioning problem in our new room, the hotel changed our room. After packing our luggage again, my children and I waited in the room for almost two hours (around 7:30 pm) without any response. I contacted the hotel but it seemed they had forgotten about us, although they did send someone to our room to help us change rooms as soon as possible. Since I was traveling alone with three children and had a lot of luggage, we had to carry our luggage ourselves to the new room which was right next to the elevator and not as nice as the original room. However, I didn't mind for the last two nights. The hotel later brought us a fruit platter as an apology. Overall, it was a good experience although we weren't entirely satisfied at the end but we would consider staying at the China Hotel again next time.
