Our fire place wasnt working. We reported it to the front desk and they upgraded our suite. The newly renovated rooms are nice and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We will be back. Thank you!

This was our second fall/winter trip where we stayed at Rivertide...we will be back for a third. The staff are nice, the rooms clean, and location is right and spacious too.
