A wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok
We had a wonderful stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and welcoming, making us feel genuinely well looked after throughout our visit.
A special thank you to Niek, the General Manager, who went out of his way to greet us and check how we were enjoying our stay. That personal attention made a real difference and reflected the care we experienced from the team.
Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the spa. The perks included in our packages added great value to the experience, while the reasonably priced airport transfers made getting to and from the hotel easy and convenient.
The location was excellent, providing a great base for enjoying Bangkok. Above all, it was the warmth of the people and the thoughtful service that made our stay memorable. We would happily return and highly recommend the hotel.

Only cancelled a week before so didn’t give us much choice but to go with it. What was supposed to be an extra special birthday present didn’t turn out ..."
