The rooms were clean. Staff was great. Having Laundry facilities on site that was affordable was great!

The property is not the cleanest. Unjust fired employees from 4 years ago created a crowd and protesting with loud music right at the entrance of the hotel. Something sad and unexpected to see in South Korea. Rooms are cleaned every day and the property and rooms are outdated and smell old. The location is great however

Wonderful property. The sauna is absolutely incredible. Fantastic location to explore Seoul, can’t recommend enough.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily, it's small but that was expected. Really liked that the shopping and dining areas were walking distance from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay🌺

Lovely staff, spoke english, I got a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was cool. The room was clean and comfy, the bidet started acting up, but a quick call to the staff and it was unplugged (they said they'd check it out after I left) The area was super central, close to multiple subway lines. would defs stay here again.
