Place is kind of isolated but security is really tight, which is, in my case, a plus and makes me feel safe. No walkable restaurants though. If you use Grab to go around, it can really be a bit expensive overtime. Overall, I have a good and wonderful stay. Awesome staff.

Great property! My prior stay at Manila was at Shangri La the Fort. I am going ti switch and stay here instead. For the value, location, nearby mall and restaurants this place is hard to beat.
Right in the heart of Rockwell, I would go here again!

Excellent service. Buffet was superb. The only problem is the elevator that is always busy and appears slower than the conventional one.

Perfect stay. If I may recommend to switch food selections for your buffet breakfast.

The food selections for breakfast buffet were pretty much the same.
But otherwise, the hotel facility is perfect in many ways :)
