Staffs always helpful with fluent English. The breakfast is large variety of choice. Room is clean and quiet at night. The TV in room is great, can wifi projecting the phone screen easily. So far, its the best among the 3 hotels I had been stayed while biz trip in Hanoi centre.

I’d give more than 5 if I could! The staff went above and beyond - I left my jacket at a hair salon and the hotel staff called the salon and arranged it to be brought back to the hotel before our flight (all within 15 minutes). Aside from the amazing staff, the family rooms were a perfect blend of privacy and closeness. The rooms were well cleaned and maintained. Will definitely book again when we revisit Hanoi

For Hanoi, old quarter, this is a nice little hotel. Location, location, location……in the heart of the old quarter and easy walking distance to the major sites. Hotel is down a busy side street with no large vehicle access so is quieter at night. Hotel is not a Marriott so don’t expect everything to be new and pristine. Operational is key. Staff was good and breakfast, although a short walk away to sister hotel, was adequate. Get there early though as there’s not a lot of seating. The young lady and cook who work the breakfast are excellent and very accommodating. It’s unfortunate rude guests can treat them poorly. Overall good hotel for the price we paid but shop around as there’s plenty of options in this area.
