Smaller than photos but clean and tidy with good location

Many problems with this hotel. 1. My room smelled of sewage/mold on several days. 2. The cafe food was mediocre. 3. There are not drawers to put clothes in. 4. There was no bathtub. 5. Shower water pressure was weak, although the handheld nozzle had good pressure. 6. The water temp kept changing during the course of the shower, requiring adjustments several times in one shower. 7. No coffee maker or similar- just a hot water kettle and instant coffee in tea bags. No cream. 8. You get 2 regular towels and 2 hand towels. That's it. 9. You have to set up a reciever to the rather small tv to watch Netflix (only if you already have a subscription). 10. I'd say this hotel is good if you aren't going to stay in it for very long during the day, don't want a bathtub, are a single occupant, have no sense of smell, go out to get your morning coffee, have multiple layers because the room gets cold, and don't have much to spend on a hotel room. It is conveniently placed in the city, with 2 different metro stations near by and close to many things. It's not much to look at and doesn't come with extras. Next time I will stay at the Shilla Seoul, which is MUCH more luxurious.

The apartment looks exactly as described. The check in process was smooth and the host was so helpful. He answered all of our questions and requests throughout or stay. The apartment was well stocked with all of the essentials. The location is central with 2 subway lines within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Amazing stay. You MUST do their dinner buffet, it is outstanding. The staff is extremely courteous and professional as well. Thank you Grand Intercontinental!

We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again. It is close to foods and Metro. Quiet spot but there are bars close by so you can hear people coming out from drinking. There isn't any laundry soap so we had to get some. The kitchen is really basic. They do not want you to fully cook so just be aware. It was a cozy place to stay and would stay here again.
