Very friendly staff, nice restaurant.
The old town is not veichle assessible. We had a few big suitcases that are hard to handle on the stone walkways and bridges. So we called the hotel and they came to the outside of the old town and helped us pulled the luggages to the hotel. The hotel was renovated on an ancient house (it is stylish!) ...

Great hotel but...
Great hotel! Very good variety of foods. Great staff! Always clean, polished and comfortable. Having faster internet and access to my Google mail and drive for the collaborative work I was doing, would have made it so much better.

Staff needs better training
Overall services is not too bad, but not up to Fairmont standard. The hotel is on the lake side with good scenery, but not convenient if you don't drive.
