Super help from all staff especially the lady who checked me. I did not get name but she works the day shift and was most knowledgeable. Think she was training a Second Lady who also was helping

If I didn’t mention your name I am Very Sorry. I tried to talk to everyone and wanted them to know how lucky we were to stay at this fabulous property.
I have been in many resorts and hotels but I have to say that my experience at NLH MATI Seafront-Neighborhood Lifestyle Hotels was fantastic friendly and clean. I also would like to mention I have been on 44 cruises too. I hope some day I can return. I am from the West Coast of Canada and this was worth the long flight.

I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked.
