Yes, breakfast was fresh. Pool was close some of the time. Staff was very helpful and nice! Security people were very good and helpful!

They came very late for housekeeping, had to call for clean towt

Overall we like the cleanliness of the bedroom/bathroom, towels were clean, staff were helpful, room given to us was an adjoining one, can hear the loud music, good thing it was daytime.

Property was very elegant and obviously designed with Venice in mind. However the room was a bit off. We had to request maintenance to fix the TVs as neither worked. They had to be rebooted and new batteries in the remotes. We also had to ask them to disconnect a bright, motion sensor night light in the bedroom that kept coming on even though we were in bed!

We got it into Vegas late and with at nice surprise that they relocated us to Tao (on the property) beautiful Hotel! Friendly staff and very helpful ! Thank you
