I stayed 4 nights and no maid service. Lack of accessible electrical outlets in room. The Velvet bar was small over crowded and under staffed which was the only bar open during the day.

I would have given a higher rating but when we checked into the hotel, a pair of dirty black underwear was left on the bathroom counter top by a previous guest. Never had that happen at a hotel before, and did make us question the cleanliness of the hotel.
