Food at dinner was amazing (get the sausages and potato salad!) as was breakfast. Staff super helpful even for us whose German is minimal.
The downside is it was hot in our room (only 21 degrees outside), even with the fan and windows all open. And the pillows weren’t great - large thin ones you had to fold in half like a taco. We didn’t sleep super well unfortunately."

While at the hotel we spent time walking and hiking, and visiting nearby places such as the fortress in Kufstein. Every time we returned to the hotel it was a lovely feeling of returning home. It was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. The Schmid family was so kind and helpful. We loved the afternoons...
