We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were amazing, building was very central and the room was awesome! Nice and big, lots of room to move around for our family.

The Ambassador Hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to be in the walkable part of Vienna. The beds and linens are first rate, and the property is beautiful.The staff is polite and helpful.My only complaint is that if you don't order breakfast at the hotel there is no free coffee available as part of the cost of the room, which I find highly unusual. Most of the cafes in the area don't open before 9:00am. To ask a guest for payment for the day's first coffee by the hotel in which one is staying doesn't sit well with me and feels like a lack of hospitality.
