The service was excellent. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-designed, and the shower was particularly impressive. My wife especially enjoyed the onsen facilities. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, offering a wide selection of both Western and Eastern dishes. My only complaint is the gym, which lacked any resistance training equipment. Even a basic set of dumbbells up to 20–30 kg or a few kettlebells would be a significant improvement.

Hotel was in a great location and within walking distance of the underground stations. Plenty of places to eat. Room was on the small size but clean and tidy

A perfect hotel near Haneda airport if you’re on an early flight out. Lovely rooms. Lovely staff. A restaurant on-site and a convenience store round the corner. Free regular shuttle bus to all terminals seats 12, but plenty of taxis / Ubers around too.

We’ve stayed here in 2024 for 8 nights and it was perfect so we decided to stay here again this time for 10 nights. We love their Japanese garden with full of beautiful cherry blossoms, koi pond, tea house etc.., location is nice and quiet, love the shuttle bus to near the station, and staff were mostly polite and professional this time. But, about 4 out of 8 nights, we had our room cleaned and almost always some resupply issue with house keeping. One time, they took the old nightwear away but didn’t leave new ones. Other times, no more coffees or toilet papers, so we had to call to have them brought up. It wasn’t

There are plenty of 5 star hotels to choose from in Tokyo but we were glad we chose this one for our first trip to Japan. The room was comfortable and blended Japanese and Western styles and was serviced thoroughly every day. We made good use of the club lounge for breakfasts, snacks and drinks in the evening and had dinner one time in each of Origami and the teppanyaki section of Suiren, the fine dining restaurant. Each time the food was excellent and well-presented. What really stood out for us though was the staff. Each and every one was unfailingly polite, welcoming and helpful, with good English. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Tokyo next time we come.
