The property is really clean and nice,but unfortunately its located around lots of car dealerships and mechanics shop, not a tourist area

Very convenient location and everything is at walkable distance. Even though in breakfast not much option but hotel staff is very friendly and We will stay in this hotel agin in our next visit to Istanbul.

The hotel was generally pleasant. They need to look their wifi speeds which are inadequate for working remotely and also look into changing the carpets in the rooms. The staff at reception could also benefit from some customer service training , exchanging some pleasentaries at check in and check out is fairly standard hotel practice and not too much to ask of what advertises itself as a 5* hotel. Generally great lobby and reception area,gym was outstanding, and great location for tram stops etc.

Stayed 2 days. Shower was clogged. Other than than that, perfect for single travelers.
