Breakfast was not fresh and did not look good. Staff was ok just not very motivated, room was pretty clean but in need of repairs- door stuck and you had to lift it up to open or shut (looked like it had been kicked on the inside. Shower rod coming out of wall and toilet holder broke

Did not stay in room. Called to say we were not going to stay the night. Left on hold for 25 minutes. Hung up. Tagged as no show. No refund at all. Totally disappointed.

The room was not clean, and it appeared that the hotel is understaffed. The bed sheets were not changed, and one of the beds had visible stains. There was also hair in the shower. Overall, this has been the worst experience I have had with this hotel chain.
