Staff was excellent and very kind. Hotel is very close to the MRT maybe a 5 minute walk. The only negative i can say about the hotel is the carpets are old and need replacing. Other than that its an excellent are and excellent stay

We had a suite, beautiful clean room, very impressed. Staff was very helpful and professional. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

The room is very darķ given there is only one window in the toilet that you cannot open the curtain . The Staff are all very nice and helpful

Location is great, right on the edge of Ximending, about a 5-10 walk from mrt.

The highlight of our day was the exceptional service from staff. When we arrived for check-in, we were greeted with a hot cup of tea which was perfect on a cold Taipei day. The room was cozy and had a very large bed. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. It was a 10 minute walk from the airport MRT station. And there are two convenience stores downstairs from the hotel. The hotel only has three elevators which meant during peak hours we had to wait a long time for an elevator.

Do not provide tooth and paste, even request. Who would bring those amenity while staying at a first class hotel.

Great location. Steps to the mall, food, bus and train station. Easy to get to the AirPort Express on foot with luggage once I researched it without luggage.
