Great location and great staff! Very close to the train station

A great place to stay in a fun neighborhood outside the busy tourist area. The staff were helpful and the room was clean and well appointed.

Good overall experience. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawbacks were that the shower had no door, causing water to splash everywhere, and housekeeping was often late, requiring us to remind staff to clean the room. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

This is a well-known chain hotel by well-known operator, but the staff was quite hospitable in a manner more compatible with a boutique hotel. The rooms were exactly what you would expect in a hotel like this. The breakfast area was expansive and with an American style buffet with any kind of breakfast food you would want or expect. One of the things I really liked about this hotel was that it is located right across the street from the entrance to the Stadtpark. This also includes the metro stop by the same name which can whisk you to all parts of the city. In other words, it is a great location in central Vienna.
