Pools can be cleaner. Room cleaning and service was good. Friendly staff. Loved the Ocean view from our 5th floor room, and beach view from the beach pool, especially when sunsets. The Resort is beautiful and is centre to many places and walking distance to night market.

This resort was everything we had hoped for and more. A tropical paradise. We only left the resort a couple times because it was so wonderful. Beautiful, amazing tropical landscape everywhere. Gorgeous infinity pool under shaded palms. Delicious restaurants, fabulous drinks, yoga, live music and more. Can not recommend highly enough. I would recommend this to all my friends and go back in a heart beat.

Good: Nice pool and access to beach. Good selection of activities! Rooms are closer to beach than other resorts. Bad: Staff is task oriented and poor at customer service. The place is kind of boring and too loud with kids to make it relaxing. Definitely a family resort! I stayed here and Wyndham. I would choose this place for the pool and proximity to beach. You have to use shuttles or grab to go to any attractions from both places!

Needs a bit of maintenance but excellent and amicable staff doing everything to help!!

The hotel was the finest hotel i ever stayed in, i mean the rooms were so clean, friendly staff always smiling and making you feel like home. breakfast was so good and we got complimentary indian buffet every morning , and had access to pool and the private beach. was a wholesome experience i would say.
