False advertising, not soundproof and rather dusty.
Service was amazing, amenities were great, room was clean to the eye from afar, but absolutely covered in dust. Room was advertised as soundproof on expedia, we could clearly hear children next door most pf the evening which drastically impacted the reason we booked the room in the first place.

Room was great. Got an upgrade for that. In room dining was good. However, when check out, the staff forgot to give me the 20% discount for my entitlement of tood & drinks. I had to wait for the reprint of the invoice for a while.
