9/10 Wonderful! (1,174 reviews)
Not a great location in my opinion especially if you’re looking to venture out. Sure subway is close but you still need to transfer and take Ubers to specific destinations.
Next, it ’s pricey for what they offer, they don’t have extra pillows when you ask? I’m confused…. How does a hotel not have extra pillows?
Not very helpful and seems like a waste of money.
I thought I’d get something with a little more service just feels like an office/business hotel.

9/10 Wonderful! (481 reviews)
Fairmont Hotel experience has always been fantastic including this one. It was a little surprising to see that the shower head was old and rusty, and was not spraying properly. It’s not a big deal but a minor detail.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
Major issue is that the restaurants are not available for guests - booked for long periods of times with events or not open and not much in the area around the hotel. So good luck eating at dinner time or lunch time.
