Yeongjong Island Kid friendly Holidays

Good location (very convenient if you're arriving at or departing from Seoul Station), clean, quiet, comfortable bed and room, good breakfast even though it gets extremely crowded if you don't avoid peak times. Staff was helpful and spoke excellent English.

We had to wait 2 hours for checkin. I know the check in time is 3 pm, but there are always some rooms that are ready earlier. Then at 3pm there were many people checking in at the same time. I liked the location. Airport limusine in front of the hotel for 18000 won. one washing machine and one dryer for the entire hotel. we paid a higher price with expedia, but the room was on the 11th floor with a nice view. we did not have time for breakfast unfortunatelly. There was some renovation gaing on in the foyer when we were there.

I was staying 17 days in this trip. Very friendly front desk, right next to Yongsan station, Bus stop. There are many restaurants nearby. Everything was satisfied. I like to come back here when visit Seoul again!! Thank you

It's hard to imagine a more perfect location for a hotel, right in front of Jogyesa and with direct access to Insadong. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of Jogyesa from above! Staff was helpful and spoke very good English. The only thing I didn't love was breakfast, as most of the supposedly warm food was kind of cold, and the rice at the bibimbap station (which I otherwise enjoyed) was a bit sticky and overcooked compared to other places we stayed. It wouldn't stop me from booking it again, though, and it would be irrelevant to anyone who prefers more Western breakfast options!

The rooms are clean, the upkeep of the property is poor. The staff was nice enough. The airconditioning did not work. We would put it on 18 and the lowest it would get was 23 unless we had a fan blowing and it would get to 22. The bar does not open until 6:00 pm and they do not have any kind of room service. The breakfast is the exact same thing everyday which is not great if you stay for an extended period of time.

In the heart of Gangnam shopping and 5 minute walk to train station down the street. Very convenient location with airport shuttle service in front. Overall a good stay, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff wasn’t always consistent with replenishment of coffee but otherwise good. Would stay here again if i want to be in the heart of Gangnam.

great location with good service

Gorgeous hotel with excellent service and care from entire staff-from front desk, concierge, room attendants and valet out front. Variety of in-house and independent restaurants, spa and stores onsite which made it super convenient! Bakery downstairs in the basement is not to be missed for pastries and coffee. We went every day for sweet and savories, every thing we had was amazing! Highly recommend and will return again :)

It is right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping street and only a few minutes walk to the metro station. I love that they had a water dispenser/purifier in the room and a microwave and coffee machine in the pantry area. Rooms are basic but it is sufficient and worth the price paid for.

Truly fantastic breakfast buffet that can rival any 5 star hotel. Perfectly located for exploring all of the sights you need to see while in Seoul. Wonderful and helpful manager of the hotel, told exactly where we needed to go to find the fresh king crab feast we were looking for. Even warned us that it would be expensive, but we were prepared for that. Would certainly stay here again.
