There’s laundry in the washroom. I like that the toilet and the bathtub is separate.
Bed was spacious. The room is very big compare to the other hotel in Japan. Love that there’s a fridge and kitchen in the room

This has been my go-to hotel when staying in Tokyo across three trips. Great location, breakfast buffet, and sufficient rooms. Main area of improvement would be to have some healthier evening dining options beyond pizza and comfort food.

8.8/10 Excellent! (2,029 reviews)
Our room had bare carpet spots, and worn out furniture that should had been replaced. However the staff were 5 star perfect. They moved all our bags to our next hotel and hung up the jackets. They were eager to please and enhanced our stay.
We switched to their next door sister hotel “the grand prince hotel Takanawa which is larger, better mattresses and nicer maintenance. Plus the service is impressive.

Excellent location. Quiet part of Tokyo near major Shinagawa train station. There is a big building being built next to it so there is construction noise at this time.
