We stayed in the bungalow for 2 nights in early January and the room was very cold. We had to wear our jackets for warmth because the heating was not sufficient. The staff came to check and gave us 2 portable heaters, which helped, but I would not recommend staying in the bungalow in cold weather.

Lots of good things to say here! Let’s start with the amazing staff! They answered all our questions and even helped us booked tickets for Fansipan plus the shuttle back to Hanoi! Secondly, the views were spectacular! We were lucky to catch a few sunrises and sunsets and they were breathtaking! Lastly, our room was clean and we used the pool and gym every morning! Would stay again if we find our way back to Sapa! Extra shout out to Mun and Anna!
