Staff was very friendly, check-in was insane waited almost whole hour to check in, if you can make it go early. Lots to look around before checking in. Splash park was fun for the kiddo. Food was good
Overall worth it! We only stayed for a night before leaving Korea. Would been nice if it was more than a night! Added breakfast and it was the best!!! So much better than all inclusive in Mexico 😂

Overall the property was clean and staff were friendly. Room was again clean but there lots is ware on furnishings as well as a major dent on the door that was somewhat questionable. Although this property is rated a 5 star but I think that’s but optimistic.

Of all the places we stayed in Korea this trip this was our only 5 star hotel yet the least breakfast.
A nice fancy lobby does not make a great hotel per se.
lots a lights in the room at night. Closet light would not go off. Disappointed
