They charged for us to check in early which was expected, however they put us in the last room at the top in the back of the hotel. Not only that our week stay consisted of a fridge not working at all. The cleaning staff didn’t empty trash once while we allowed cleaning and then we just stopped allowing it. Also have been double charged this entire stay even though it was prepaid and shouldn’t have been charged anything. I did address the concerns with the front staff and all they said was “ever since we changed to a different software this is an issue for the charge”.
