"Staff where great no problem when we had to change rooms because the first one smelt of stale cigarettes the food was not very hot no parking at the hotel but Street parking was expensive 😞"

"Telephone reception was non existent though this was not the fault of the hotel. No 3 pin plugs were positioned near the bed. There were just two on the opposite side of the room at floor level. I was unable to plug in my sleep apnoea machine."

"On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room.
