Got upgraded to a better unit which has a steam room. Although the location is pretty remote (on an island), it's definitely out of the hustle and bustle, so it gets pretty quiet at night, even during the day. Fret not, can always order food delivery. Otherwise the restaurant has multiple options from Vietnamese to Korean. The main event is the onsen that's included in my stay. I can practically experience contrast therapy at any time it's open. The staffs are really polite, but I must give kudos to Tra My and Hue. They literally remember my Vietnamese coffee order for breakfast - less sweet and fresh milk instead of condensed milk. The accommodation is not a renowned luxury brand, yet the service is comparable; almost perfect. If you are looking for wellness and quality time just by yourself or with your loved ones, this is the one to book.

Best location, Vanda is situated at the tail end of the Dragon Bridge. It is close to many restaurants, café and banks. It is situated right beside a McDonald's. We had a wonderful stay, services from the morning buffet breakfast dining to the room service team each day was fantastic. The front desk/ lobby team of Truc, Vy, Trinh, Huyen, Tam, and Tuan was amazing. Always friendly and professional, assisting us whenever there's any questions. We will surely stay again at Vanda 100% when visiting Da Nang. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

The staff were super helpful I would recommend eating in the restaurant as the food was great and staff even better. Food from room service was a bit disappointing as cooler than should be and portions very disappointing. Overall a very good experience individual staff members went beyond expectations. Ruby super helpful Lauren and Annie unbelievably great in the restaurant.
