Everything was great, except the hall were hot as the outside temperature. It was also weird that all the doors are open with air-conditioning on fans blowing the air around. It was comfortable, but it was weird to have everything open and then using energy to cool the place where the door is open. Don’t understand.I’m

Really wonderful and relaxing resort with 2 pools, a lovely restaurant and a bar, as well as a very lovely spa and gym. The staff were lovely, friendly and very helpful too. The rooms are generous in size and comfortable. The menu is a mix of traditional Vietnamese options as well as Western choices. All were very well prepared. The resort is well located and there is a small mini market right outside so easy to grab a few essentials too. There is a regular shuttle bus to and from Hoi An town and the beach, but everything is also easy to reach via Grab taxis. The Coconut boats are also easy to reach for a fun day out. Can highly recommend this place as a tranquil escape from busy city life.

Reasonably good hotel and very friendly staff

Room was clean. Staff was great! Location was really good, and quiet. Restaurants nearby. Only thing we did not like was the shower…made the whole bathroom wet and slippery. Just a bad concept. Also, there were no wash rags or hand towels, so one has to use bath towel for everything. Not good for the ladies.

Room was beautiful but smelled musty. Was sold out so couldn’t change rooms. They gave us a dehumidifier in the room- which helped a little.

We had a lovely stay at the Windbell. The staff were super nice and accommodating, the grounds were well taken care of. The rooms were clean, although they definitely had a dampness to them. Overall, good price for what you get and would stay again.

Great 2bd room suite overlooking the ocean. Very nice staff and great pool. Only Wish the water slide would have been open for adults to use.
