The resort grounds are spacious and well maintained. The location is walkable to shops and restaurants. The resort is surrounded by water 270 degrees and has spectacular sunset views. The staff are friendly are always focussed on your enjoyment. The pool villa pool was excellent.

Can’t say enough about Tugu and its staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. We had an early flight to catch and they had breakfast prepared for us at 6am, usually not available until 7am. Highly recommend staying here.

An oasis of calm, attentive staff & excellent dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights, especially our upgraded beachfront villa accommodation. Snorkeling trip was up to expectations with great visibility & healthy reef off Gili Meno & Gili Air.
