Awesome location, but the hotel was very dirty and seemed lacking maintenance like I did not expect it to be look in such rough shape considering it has such a high rating in Expedia. But the staff was fantastic

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

I fully recommend this hotel. The staff speak english, are very helpful, the rooms are clean with a gorgeous view. The sauna is wonderful, the buffet although a bit costly is completely worth it. And they have all types of amenities and extras (hair brushes, clothes for the bathhouse, razors, toothbrushes, and more) if you forgot anything! It is also walking distance to the Shiomi station which is a huge plus if you're using the train for transportation. Will be staying here again my next visit.

The woman at the concierge desk “LUA” was extremely kind and helpful. She helped me purchase tickets to Tokyo Disneyland and also tickets for the bullet train to visit Kyoto. Loved the Godzilla theme, and the giant Godzilla on the roof of the hotel.

Central location close to the shinagawa train station, shops and restaurants nearby. Excellent staff and service. Best amenities. Toiletries, slippers and pajamas provided and replenished daily.

The staff at this hotel are attentive to detail and are very kind and helpful! They continuously checked in with us to make sure all our needs were being met. The room was the largest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The location is fantastic! The hotel is near a train station and it's in a quiet location. If we ever go back to Tokyo, I'd definitely book this hotel again!

Clean rooms and attentive staff which helps since i don't know the language well.

Laundry facility within the hotel and specific rooms based on requests is a game changer. The staff were super helpful and gave recommendations when asked for! Rooms very cozy but still spacious
