This review is for the family room. It’s outdated compared to other floors. The furniture was rundown and unfortunately the room has some funky smell. Location is great and staff were helpful.

The room is neat and clean. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants are adjacent to the hotel, especially it’s good to hang around during bad weather. Most importantly the subway station (Mong Kok East) can access to other subway routes.

The staff was very helpful especially with English being a second language for them.
WIFI could be better...but it's free.
Reception area had a bad smell. The rest of the hotel was fine.
The free breakfast was very filling.

Sheung Wan is a marvelous place to visit and this hotel is very well placed for that. Lots of great restaurants of all kinds nearby and easy transport options available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
