Complimentary room upgrade was a nice surprise. As was the welcome wine, snacks and treats. Lucas at reception did say it was the best Quest around, and tou know what, I agree! He was also so kind to let me park for 1hr to prepare before heading off to a different area without charge. Great customer service from front of house and housekeeping was great too. Highly recommend!

Good location

I have stayed here previously and it was ok. This time was awful. We were put in a room on the first night that had a window facing a delivery dock - hundreds of ‘kegs’ were delivered in the middle of the night. No sleep was had. Politely complained the next morning and begrudgingly was moved. I understand now this is a problem with certain rooms. On our last day we requested a late check out to noon. It was granted and we left the hotel to explore. Later we received a panicked phone call with no apology, just a flat we can’t checkout late, the room is prepaid for an early check in for the afternoon. So we had to pivot and traipse back to the hotel to pack hastily. Also noted, when my husband and I had a coffee in the foyer and sat at a table to meet about work - an obnoxious lady sat two tables over from us yelling into her phone. My husband and I could hardly hear each other over her voice - she went on and on. Ironically she works for the hotel - from the sounds of her conversation she is either the manager or the owner. A big thumbs down this trip. Ps don’t pay for the breakfast - it’s just full of stale pastries.
