Very professionally run hotel. Everything works and everything is clean. Food is excellent. Staff impeccable.

Well, where do I start! This is probably the best customer experience I’ve ever had from a hotel. We booked a room with an airport pickup included along with 2 x 60 min massages a day. From the moment we were greeted at the airport we were treated like royalty, the transfer was smooth and we were immediately provided with a cold flannel and fresh ice cold coconut. Our room was brilliant and comes with a mini fridge with complementary water and soft drinks. The food in the hotel is really, really good. Our first night we ate at the hotel and we were not disappointed one bit and it was very well priced. We took advantage of a guided Ankor Wat Sunrise tour which is a must do which the hotel organised for us. Throughout the day we were given ice cold flannels and bottled water. The hotel offers a free one way Tuktuk ride into town which only takes about 10 mins. When we were ready to come back we simply WhatsApp’d the driver to collect us for $3 (US), which could be added to your room bill if you didn’t have cash. On leaving the hotel pretty much all staff on site came to wave us goodbye including the chef’s who we’d not seen. That level of detail sums up the hotel and the great leadership it has from Sy. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough, it’s a quality place but it’s the staff and its people that make this a place I will never ever forget and hope to return to sometime in the future. We just returned home from a fantastic time spent in Cambodia. The many temples we visited were amazing as were our tours of Kulen Mountain, the floating villages, the shows, marketplace and great restaurants. As wonderful as all of these attractions are, what I will remember most is the warm and caring staff at the Central Suite Residence. This is such a great place to stay when visiting Siem Reap. The location is perfect and is right by Pub Street and the Old Market. The room and pool were very nice and the breakfast each morning was outstanding. While the amenities and location are great, it is truly the people working at this hotel that make this such a wonderful place. Everyone was always so warm and accommodating. They made us feel like family and made our trip very special and memorable. Thank you everyone at the Central Suite Residence for your kindness and friendship! We were sad to leave but plan on returning at some time in the future.

Located within short walk to Pub Street (main night time action) and close to the river for night market. Excellent food choices. Breakfast staff and reception staff are super friendly and looking to please the guests at every opportunity.

The asst manager Andy was incredibly professional and ensured my fiancé and I a first class experience. His staff were equally professional and friendly. 5 Star experience at a very very good price. Will definitely stay again and again
