Great staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. The room was super clean and the hotel was right next to the park which was great to walk to.

We have been staying here every time we come to Bangkok since 2017. That in itself tells you all that you need to know. We have noticed a few small things as time passes though. The interior is certainly getting a bit old. Also during breakfast there used to be an egg station that cooked eggs as you liked. I missed that this trip. We are coming back for another 4 night stay in a few weeks

Very spacious lovely room overlooking the river. Was spoilt twice by fireworks viewed from our balcony.

Very respectful and service oriented. Great dining options. Convenient barge shuttle. 6th floor outdoor swimming pool with view of river/city. Staff even noticed that it was my husband’s birthday and delivered the cutest little cake with candles to the room.

Had a wonderful stay with my girlfriends. Spacious, Cozy room n comfortable beds. Convenient location and manage to avoid the jam in the city of bkk. Would love to come back again soon. Thank you

Clean room, good breakfast, near to shopping centers.

Overall good. View is great, and that is unbeatable from any other hotel if you like the park view. However staff can be more professional for a 5 star hotel, they seem to more friendly to white customer than Asian which is not that great for my POV. e.g the hotel manager hold small talk with the French in the lift but didn’t even acknowledge my existence and say hi, things like that it’s a bit strange.
