"At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing! Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line ..."

"The staff were amazing 10/10 the first two nights were super quiet you wouldn't believe your in a city. Unfortunately there was no hot water for 3 nights I did raise it but it wasn't fixed, I sat by the pool but it wasn't that enjoyable as kids were shouting and throwing a ball into the furniture. ..."
