Overall our stay was excellent, most of the staff were generally friendly and polite. We had a problem with the bed and reported it before leaving for the day and it was repaired by the time we returned in the evening.
There was a large breakfast selection and the evening meal we had in the restaurant was fine.

Below expectations for this price point:
- Creaky floorboards throughout, worse than an old house
- Generally poor soundproofing from walls to windows
- Washing machine handle was broken/missing. Had to pry open the door with butterknife otherwise our clothes would be trapped in the machine
- No room service after midnight, not even simple sandwiches/snacks
- No AC
