The room was clean when we arrived, The maids were not the best, we had to request more towels and they were great about bringing them. But we asked if they could remove the others and dirty dishes- they never did. Nor did they remove dirty cups nor did they replenish coffee. We only stayed a few nights, when we requested they didn't respond.

Oh, we loved it beautiful decorated the Security is amazing. Very very safe. Very impressed. The people the food the atmosphere the cleaning mess. It was just absolutely wonderful. Definitely will recommend it and I will stay there again.

Location location location 2 mins walk to Times Square couldn’t have been happier rooms were spacious and ticked all the boxes. Would stay there again

Overall the stay was great. It was a place to lay our heads down at night. The Pool is only open until 6 for kids- I brought a Teenager, so after a long day a good swim is what we needed, but no dice! Pool area was kept as clean as it could- the pool staff needs a bit more hospitality training, some lounges were not prioritized for guests of the hotel.
Desk help was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. We felt very safe staying there.
