Nice hotel and good breakfast
"Nice hotel, and good breakfast. Felt a little let down with the premium room that I paid more for (room 10). Shower was not usable and water pressure / temperature was way too inconsistent. Also, there was no TV remote in the room."

Not a great stay
"When we arrive at the room the room had not been cleaned, there was hair everywhere, the condition of the room, which I took pictures of, was poor and no plug for the bath, I told the staff about the room and they cleaned it and apologised but this should have happened"
