"My son ate at the hotel (and only at the hotel) and then had nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Notwithstanding all of that, the hotel refused to provide a doctor and accept any responsibility. I spent days arguing with them. Terrible and shocking."

"I would suggest giving out every family a map of the resort and the park. It would be helpful to organize the stay and maximize use of the amenities and have a memorable thing for the kids to keep One thing to improve is the super hot tiles outside in the park…"
