Impiana KLCC exceeded my expectations with excellent service and a prime location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially Karen, was professional and attentive. She helped fix my reservation mistake and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay memorable. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Kuala Lumpur—just a short walk to the Petronas Towers and KLCC Mall, with easy access to public transport. For anyone wanting to experience the heart of KL, Impiana KLCC offers great service and unbeatable convenience. Highly recommended for leisure and business travelers. A rather disappointing experience at Pullman. We booked a regular 2-bedroom apartment (not specifically the family one) for our family. The arrival, lobby and check-in was great. But entering the room, the carpet throughout felt very moist and moldy. The apartment was very spacious, 2 bedroom with ensuite and an extra bathroom. A dining table, living room and office space. Space was good. But the cleanliness was lacking. And when you travel with a young kid (2 yo), this is rather important. There were hair in the sink as if someone just shaved. And the kitchen felt dirty. We saw 2 cockroaches and one dead. Buggers on the wall. Couldn't believe it. Location is fantastic, breakfast was okay. But we will not be back sadly due to the cleanliness of the place.
