Wi-Fiが繋がらなかった事と荷物をホテルから箱根湯本駅で受取の手配の時間が間に合わなく(特に時間記載がなく当日としか案内がなかったため)残念でした。それ以外は良かったです。スタッフの方々は素晴らしく食事も美味しくラウンジもあり快適でした。夜空の星も見えて素敵でした。
