Advertised the property as on the ground floor and suitable for elderly but there was 5 steps down and also overlooking the golf course, if you stood on a chair you could just see the course

There was no staff , no one pic my phone the check in code was not working , When j ask other guest about this a kind lady show up she help me , her code to check in was different from me . I was in cold for 20 mint helpless . Otherwise room was clean . But staff help was zero . I will not recommend ...
