"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. "The resort is beautiful and the views are amazing. The room had everything you could wish for and housekeeping service was excellent. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the level of service from the staff at reception, breakfast and the pool bar was not 5 star. In general staff were aloof and not welcoming or engaging. At breakfast they forgot our order and kept walking past our table. It clearing plates. At the pool bar they didn’t clear dirty plates and glasses...

"Loved the property and the spa amenities. The path to Salo was a nice hike. We were there just one day. Everything was relaxing. Expected lunch to be better - carbonara pasta was the best item on our order."

"The staff were very good and helpful, we had a trip planned, meaning we needed to leave early to catch the ferry , and they kindly opened the restaurant early so we could have breakfast before we left, also the barman was very friendly , the setting on the lake is amazing , good selection of restaurants near by, and a short trip into neighbouring Salo , we will be coming back to this hotel again ."
