Fiji Golf Holidays

I stayed at Novotel Nadi and was disappointed with the standard room. The bathroom was poorly maintained and the beds were very old and uncomfortable, clearly needing replacement. Ironically, the landscaping around the property is far better maintained than the standard rooms, which highlights where attention is lacking. The front desk receptionist was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. However, dinner service was very poor. We waited about 15 minutes to be greeted and seated even though the restaurant was not busy. After ordering, we waited close to 40 minutes with no food and no drinks served, despite having ordered drinks. Customers should not be left sitting that long without either food or drinks, especially during dinner service when the restaurant was clearly manageable. The location is excellent and very close to Nadi Airport, making it convenient for late arrivals or early departures, but overall the room condition and restaurant service need serious improvement.

Reception, food and beverage staff and activities staff were very nice and always accommodating. Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss and hotel needed reminding to replenish water bottles, coffees and towels. Plenty of interesting and fun activities for all ages.

Everything was perfect

What an outstanding place to stay. It was such a perfect stay. The location, the amenities, were next level but what made our stay so incredible was the staff! Such beautiful people and so willing to assist and ensure you have the perfect stay. Always greeted with smiles and welcomed by our name. Everything was perfect

What an outstanding place to stay. It was such a perfect stay. The location, the amenities, were next level but what made our stay so incredible was the staff! We had absolutely beautiful one week holiday on the island. Myself and my 10 years old daughter had the best, relaxing massage there. Ladies was amazing . All activities through the day are awesome,amazing buffet meals with wonderful culture connections. All staff friendly, kind,polite.

Food was not great ,, beach was not nice , resort is run down , needs a major renovation, i wont be returning , might have been nice 20 years ago but its past its glory days now, staff are nice but your way better off staying at one of the newer resorts
