Great location and very convenient for my business needs. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,486 reviews)
The room was pretty clean however everything is very outdated and looks old. The room key is a cheap flimsy card that can’t be next to electronic devices which is a problem considering we carry multiple electronic items when we travel. The staff does not talk that much, was not inviting and doesn’t even tell you about local restaurants or activities, which I found that to be a thing around Japan. The best part about this hotel is the view, and the close proximity to the airport and some outlets shops. I would only recommend this place if you want to spend a night near the airport for a decent price
