Extremely Disappointing Stay – Poor Management and Misleading Photos Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Despite being a self-check-in property, seven guests were already waiting for access codes when we arrived, making the process chaotic and frustrating. The worst part was entering our room only to find it completely messy and uncleaned. After a tiring journey, we had to contact the call centre again and wait nearly an hour for the issue to be resolved. Even during our stay, housekeeping was unreliable, and our room was often not cleaned despite displaying the housekeeping request card. We had accidentally booked one extra night, and the property manager initially agreed to refund it. However, when Expedia contacted them, they refused to honour this commitment. The rooms were completely different from the advertised photographs. There were no convenient restaurants nearby, the property manager was unresponsive, and reaching the call centre took far too long. The only positive aspect was the helpful and courteous night staff, but their efforts could not make up for the poor overall experience. Dirty rooms, misleading photos, terrible management, and disappointing service. We would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property. A BIG NO!
