Golden Gem Hotel. Ha long . Tuan Chau Island.
It's cheap businesses attitude. Unfriendly, unhelpful, doesnt feel welcoming as a hotel guest , and unprofessional. The hotel can't even give you a free bottle of mineral water in your hotel room. No toilet paper etc..They will charge you every penny they could. What a cheap businesses model..
