Excellent location for the Bund, for the tourist with only a couple of days this places you in the center of it all. The property provides the essentials for a comfortable stay and security, good breakfast. The lobby bar is not really a bar that I prefer for a proper cocktail or beer/wine. I found for my couples day in the area, I wanted to get off the street and crowds for a drink and seat back and relax but generally I didn't find that in the area.

Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day.

Great location on Line 2 Metro so easy access to most Shanghai areas. Amazingly copious fresh abundant choice breakfast buffet. Use Papago app for translation as English speaking staff is not generally available. Book well in advance for good rate.

Great location Hotel and staff.

Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.
