Basic hotel in a very central and convenient location. Room was good size and clean, I already knew this before booking, but just for all travelers' information, this hotel is in Kabukicho which is in the middle of a ton of love hotels.

Very nice hotel with well-laid-out rooms. The minor inconvenience is that the lobby is on the 18th floor, and the breakfast restaurant is on the ground floor. Otherwise, charming and interesting.

Thank you for the washing machine!! What a lifesaver. Rooms were very clean, we had amazing view, and Lawson so close by! Staff super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for a late arrival or very early departure. No need to take train/bus at insane hours of the day!
